Pricing & Discounts

Most of the products sold here have quantity discounts that may apply. These discounts apply mostly to our silk yardage and silk scarves. Most other fabric types and miscellaneous items do not have any discounts.

Discounts apply to most silk yardage on orders of 5 yards or more and an additional discount is given on whole bolt orders. Most bolts are about 50 yards, though for a few fabrics they run from about 15 to 30 yards.

For most of our silk scarves a discount applies when ordering 12 or more of a particular scarf.

When ordering a discountable item you can select the applicable price from a drop down list. However, we recalculate all orders and always give you any applicable discounts whether you selected the discounted price or not.

Shipping

Shipping Charges:

We charge actual shipping charges.

Estimated Shipping Charges shown in the shopping cart are for reference only and reflect average ground shipping charges to locations within the continental United States.

Hawaii and Alaska shipping charges will be higher.

International and Especially Overseas shipping charges can often be dramatically higher.

Shipping Methods:

We Ship Ground unless you request otherwise.

Other Shipping Methods:

  • UPS Next Day (Red Label)
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • Federal Express

If you want one to use one of these please indicate which one in the "Special Instructions" box of the check out form in the shopping cart.

We do not ship by US Postal Service.

International Shipments:

Certain restrictions apply to shipments outside the US.

Damaged Shipments:

Shipping and damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Order Minimums

Minimum sales order is $20.00, not including shipping.

Minimum yardage cut is 1 yard.

Minimums do not apply when ordering a swatch set. When ordering a swatch set please ignore the minimum order warning on the first check out page. Simply click "Yes" or "No" to indicate if order will be shipping to California and continue with check out.

Payment

Web Orders

All web orders must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We apply charges to your credit card only at the time of shipping.

Phone, Fax, Mail & EMail Orders

All orders must be prepaid by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cashier's Check, Company Check, or Money Order.

There will be a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.

Backorders

Occasionally we may be out of an item or items that you have ordered.

Backorders under $20.00 will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.

Backorders over $20.00 will be held until the items are in stock. We will then notify you, via email, that they are back in stock and ask you if you still want them. When we receive your response we will either ship the backordered items or cancel the order as you request.

We apply charges to your credit card only at the time of shipping items to you. Backorders are assessed shipping charges at the time of shipment.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns on cut yardage and swatch sets.

Before returning any item, please call customer service for a return authorization number.

Returns must be made within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Privacy Statement

We never collect any information on you without your explicit knowledge.

The only information we collect is that which you provide to us to process your orders.

Our customer information is strictly confidential. We never sell our mailing list.
